Malaga - Spain

Last week Simon and I went to Spain for a week in the city and resort of Malaga. We had the best time. With me feeling so burnt out and miserable at work it was nice to get away. Plus, Simon is one of them people who never uses up his holiday leave so it was a real treat to get him away from work too!

His parents have a house in Spain that they worked hard to save for. The house is stunning and set in the most beautiful mountains. I have never vacationed in mountains before - apart from when I stayed a night at Yosemite in March. If there is one thing you should know about Si's family is that they love Golf, and maybe I am pretty biased, but Simon and his Dad are awesome golf players!!! I love seeing the bond they share over it.

The weather was wonderfully hot and I have a little colour to show for it. I tried a hand at golf, drove a golf buggy for the first time and enjoyed eating out instead of cooking! The last 3 days of the trip Simon's parents joined us and it was nice to spend time with them as well. They're two of the nicest people you could hope to meet and the way Simon is with me is only a credit to the way they have brought him up.

Instead of showing you a select few pictures and talking about them, Simon made a video which I love. It shows where we stayed (you cant miss the majestic mountains!) and where we visited (Puerta Banus, Malaga, Mijas and Marbella). I hope you enjoy it!

In the reel there is a picture of a car radio saying 'Global' and hopefully this next spiel will clarify why it's such an odd one out. The song used in this video is one of my favourite songs ever!!!! Train - Drops of Jupiter. I fell in love with it years ago when it first came out but I could never chuck the CD of it when I went onto digital music. In 2008 I was standing at the top of the Eiffel Tower and a man next to me was singing this song. When I stood outside the Colosseum last September a band of guitarists were strumming to this, and whilst flying over the Grand Canyon in March the helicopter pilot told us "there will ever only be one song for this natural wonder"and a couple of minutes later this song played. It was then that I shed a few tears in the helicopter. I was flying over this amazing scenery and one of the best songs my ears have heard was playing. This songs means the world to me because I've noticed it seems to follow me everywhere...as proven on our last night in Malaga this song played just before we spent our last evening there. Since returning from California I have listened to it nearly everyday...and I now hope it becomes my wedding song.

Oh I do miss the sunshine!

Drops of Jupiter is my absolute favourite song too!
Those mountains are gorgeous, glad you had a brilliant time, but also glad you're back so we can speculate over the S Club reunion!

I do agree with all of the concepts you have

introduced for your post. They are really convincing and can certainly work.
Still, the posts are very quick for newbies. Could you please lengthen them a little from next time?
Thank you for the post.

That is the proper

weblog for anyone who needs to seek out out about
this topic. You

realize a lot its nearly onerous to

argue with you (not that I truly would want…HaHa). You
undoubtedly put a

new spin on a topic thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just

With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism

or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of completely unique content

I've either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up

all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know any

methods to help stop content from being ripped off? I'd genuinely appreciate it.

I was just looking for this information for some time. After six hours of

continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your website. I wonder what is the lack of

Google strategy that do not rank this kind of informative web sites in top of the list.

Usually the top sites are full of garbage.

I have to show my appreciation to you for rescuing me
from this particular

dilemma. Just after

looking out through the

search engines and getting

proposals which were not

pleasant, I was thinking my life was

done. Being alive minus the

answers to the issues you've sorted out all through the short post is a serious case, and those which may have negatively

damaged my entire career if I had not encountered your web site. That ability and kindness in controlling all the things was useful. I'm not sure what I

would have done if I hadn't discovered such a thing like this. I can also at this point relish my future. Thanks a lot so

much for this reliable and

effective guide. I won't be reluctant to endorse your blog post to anyone
who should receive support

on this problem.
