I feel like it's been an age since I last posted. May is going much faster than I anticipated! However I wanted to blog about my first meeting with my beautiful nephew last week.
He's SO precious!
I met Cohen last Friday when he was 5 days old and he was SO dinky! I just fell in love with him in a second. My sister has got the pictures of me holding him on her camera so I will try and get them off her.
Speaking of Nicola she is doing really well. In fact both Mummy and Daddy are doing brilliantly! They officially got Cohen registered on Friday and they are getting into a routine. It was Cohen's Daddy's birthday on Sunday and Robbie said his best present was Cohen giving him 7 hours sleep! Oh it's the simple things....
So far they have adjusted to being parents well. There is one thing for sure though...Cohen will be a massive Daddy's boy! He is the apple of Robbie's eye and already talking to him about 'when he plays rugby' and has bought him some cute rugby little tops. Cohen just falls asleep straight in his arms and settles.
In just the couple of hours I met him I found him to be a really placid baby. Only stirs when he needs something. Nicola was saying that when she was pregnant every mum was telling her they go through lots of changes of clothes and are quite sick. Well Cohen barely spits up and stays in his first set of clothes all day...clever little man! I love this picture below of Nic and Cohen...melts my heart!
This was the day they brought him home...less than 24 hours after labour. She looks much less tired in this photo. I still find it strange that my sister is a Mum!
Cohen's favourite place right now.....his Dino!
This weekend Cohen is meeting my Gran, his Great Granny! I want to get a photo of Gran, Mum, Nicola and Cohen cause then it would be a photo with four generations in it!
