Happy. Very Happy.

Without reflecting too much on 2011, it was quite a hard year as much as I enjoyed it. There were some things that happened that I didn't blog about. This is only because there are some parts of life that shouldn't be blogged about or at least not plastered on the internet.

They say always expect the unexpected and believe you me that certainly happened last year. But sometimes the unexpected is something that makes you very happy. Last month I met someone...who makes me really really happy.

His name is Simon. He's 26 and works in the golf industry. He studied in America and not that I am bias or anything but he is very attractive too! We met through friends of friends so not the most exciting story...but to me he is exciting! Our first date was to see New Years Eve last month (which I loved) and I have seen him pretty much everyday since. One of my favourite things we have done is we went and saw the windmill used in the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang film (one of my favourite childhood films!). It was an awesome 'day date' thing to do!

I have had boyfriends in the past to the point that since I split from my ex I didn't want to be in another. I was happy for my friends in nurtured relationships but the independent thing was working very well for me! Then the unexpected happened and I met Simon. We click and we instantly had that 'spark' every movie raves about. We bounce off each really well and when I'm around him I have this incredible energy. He's really ambitious, creative and thinks outside the box which is what I love most about him. He's romantic and there isn't a day that goes by where we don't compliment each other on something. He was amazing last week when I was very poorly, always popping round and calling me to see how I was. He even bought me this bracelet the other day when he went away to see friends up north.

I could seriously do multiple posts on him but I will save him the embarrassment as I know he reads this blog. I just wanted to let the world know how happy I am right now. He may be a bit of a regular feature on my blog and in posts from now on.

I'll get pictures of us soon too!
