30 Day Blog Challenge: #17

I am really enjoying this 30 day challenge and I love today's one. Discuss something you are looking forward to! How do I choose? I am looking forward to so much next years holiday, New York and Christmas!!!

Well it was pretty easy actually since I got this in the post the other day.

When I was 16 I started working as a waitress at a small private health hospital. Giles was one of the chef's and we instantaneously got on really well. He was always singing to the radio, made amazing brownies and whenever I felt rubbish he was always there to make my day. I really enjoyed working with him. In fact, I really miss working with him since we have both moved onto different careers. But there was always one thing I wondered about Giles.

Why was he single?

I do not mean this harshly. He is such a happy-go-lucky man that to be honest being 35 and single did not bother him in the slightest. He has the most infectious personality and I just did not understand why some girl had not snapped him up! During our 4 years of working together he did have some dating disasters...with some pretty funny stories I tell you. Then two years ago he met this lovely lady on a night out at a concert.

And she was the one. Everyone at work kept telling him how we knew she was the one for him.

Last Christmas Giles proposed and on April 2nd 2011 next year they are getting married. I am beyond excited about this. They are both such an adorable couple and match together so perfectly. As you can see below HA!

I just love them both and after nearly 4 years of seeing Giles fail at dating. I am over the moon that he has found his Nikki Noodles! I am really looking forward to the day.

This made my heart swell and burst. I am so pleased for him and her. They look like a lovely fit. I love stories like these...everyone deserves their happy ending, we just don't know when.

Cute story! It just goes to show that there does not have to be a time limit on when people are supposed to get married. Love it.

I love when someone I care about finds the one - and someone who can rock bunny ears like that clearly deserves his one!

Sounds like it will be a wonderful day. There is nothing better than true love, it's so plain to see.
